Air-popped-popcorn:
The simplest and easiest way to make healthy snack-size popcorn is by heating the popcorn kernels in the hot
air until they expose completely and are ready to eat -

To make fresh
popcorn by yourself, you need a pan with lid, 60gm popcorn kernels, and ¼ to ½
tablespoon of salt.

First of all,
preheat the pan on medium heat then add a few drops of water to ensure whether
it is hot or not.
•
Add the popcorn
kernels in it and shake the container gently after 2 seconds until the kernels
start popping, it will take 1-2 minutes and keep shaking until it starts
popping between 3 seconds.

Now remove the pan
from heat, place the popcorn in a bowl sprinkle the salt, and serve it.
